Class Descriptions

On Ramp: If you're new to training at Fit Club or Crossfit, this is the place to start. A new group starts every month and meets 3 times a week (Mon, Wed, and Fri) for 4 weeks. The OnRamp Program emphasizes the development and mastery of our basis movements to ensure safe and successful progression as you move on to the full WODs, so it is vital that you attend each class. As skills and capacity build, intensity will be added. Completion of the On Ramp program, 4 one-on-one sessions, or coach approval are required to enter WOD training sessions.

WOD (Workout of the Day): The Fit Club WOD is a Crossfit workout. Based on the CF principles of constantly varied functional movements at high intensity, each WOD starts out with a group warm-up followed by a skill development session, and concludes with a fast-paced workout and a cool-down. Volume, weight and intensity are scaled to stimulate the appropriate response for each athlete. Quantities (weight, distance, time, reps, etc.) are measured both to push athletes and to measure progress.

Team WOD: Saturdays we team up to take on grittier challenges like rocks, tires, sleds, and other implements of ergonomically unsound real life destruction, once again in Crossfit-style.

FOF (Fundamentals of Fighting): If you're new to Fight Club or martial arts, this program is the place to start. You will hone your skill and understading of practical martial arts in a detailed and patient learning enironment. A new group starts every month and meets 3 times per week (Mon, Thurs, and Sat) for 4 weeks.Completion of FOF or clearance from an instructor is required before members may participate in other Fight Club training sessions. Members may continue FOF as long as they would like to further perfect the basics of their techniques.

Fight Club:An intensive group training session focusing on unarmed fight techniques for inside and outside the ring. This class will demand your best in terms of physical conditioning, skill, and mental toughness.

GroundWise: This Fight Club class emphasizes essential techniques and defenses for ground fighting and grappling both in and out of the ring/cage.

Boxing -This is not your ordinary boxing class. We'll train you to be a boxer adding elements of Muay Thai (Thai kickboxing) and Krav Maga (street defense). Expect to improve your stamina and build muscle- but also expect to learn skills you can take to the street. 50 minutes of high intensity boxing drills, core strengthening and agility.


Yoga: Our mixed level yoga classes are designed to push, stretch, heal, and revitalize. The curriculum incorporates elements of hot yoga, power yoge and our personal brand of tough love.


Open Gym: This is an open opportunity for members and prospective members to come in and work on their own in any of the three disciplines (Crossfit, fighting, and yoga). Coaches will be present to answer questions and offer help when needed.

What is a draft?

This option requires a 6 month commitment - fees are drafted on the 1st or 15th of each month from a credit or debit card. 30 day notice to cancel.


On Ramp -Attend the twelve On Ramp sessions.
$120/month


Fundamentals of Fighting -Attend the 8 FOF sessions and any open gym.
$80/month


CrossFit -Attend any open WOD during the month.
$150/month-to month or $120/month on a draft


Yoga -Attend any Yoga session during the month.
$50/month to month or $40/month on a draft


FC Unlimited -Attend any training session (CrossFit, Fighting or Yoga) for one monthly fee.
$250/month to month or $200/month on a draft


One on One Personal Training -Individual instruction/coaching in any discipline.
$500/10 - 1 hr sessions or $60/hr
$300/10 - half hour sessions or $35/half hour
